Dan’s professional experience includes management of a family owned construction company as well as executive roles with BCS, Ernest and Young, Capgemini, and Gorillas and Gazelles. He has dual degrees in Social Science and Education from the University of Toledo, Master’s Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the Naval Post-Graduate School, and certification in Applied Law and Enforcement. Dan’s focus includes organizational development, process involvement, change management, human resources, training and development, and safety administration. In his spare time, Dan enjoys sports, anthropology, archeology, and the fine arts. |
