Jon Cousino – Sales Operations Manager
Jon began his management career within logistics in the automotive industry.  After being exposed to an opportunity at Cutting Edge Countertops, Inc., Jon decided to change industries where he now oversees sales operations.  Jon’s focus includes management of estimating, order processing, and customer service.  His continual dedication to his position, company, and customers prove his efforts to help make the company a success.  Jon enjoys sailing in his spare time. 

Rob Loughridge – Senior Project Engineer
Rob graduated from the University of Toledo with his Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing in business, communications, and philosophy.  Rob has been professionally involved in the countertop and glass industry for 20+ years and has experience in management, sales, design, and engineering of countertops and glass products.  He has worked with the full spectrum of residential and commercial clientele.  Rob’s focus includes digital templating and project engineering services.  His hobbies include biking and woodworking. 

Bob Nagy – Plant Manager (Natural Stone / Quartz)
Bob’s education in computer networking and repair as well as his grass roots experience in fabrication techniques provided a firm foundation towards his current extensive knowledge in CNC programming and operation.  Bob has experience managing all moving parts involved with automated operations of a state of the art production facility.  His focus includes producing high quality goods while maximizing efficiencies to exceed customer expectations.  Bob enjoys riding his motorcycle, watching football, and spending time with his family.  

Bob Kistner – Plant Manager (Solid Surface / Laminate)
Early in his career, Bob exhibited innovation by bringing digital CNC technology to the solid surface countertop industry.  Bob grew his company to be one of the top 50 DuPont™ Corian® fabricators in the United States.  His experience has catapulted Cutting Edge Countertops, Inc. into a full service countertop solution offering all popular surfaces.  Bob’s focus includes quality and service through innovation and technology.  His hobbies include tinkering in his garage and drag-racing.

Dan Boos – Director, OD/HC/Safety
Dan’s professional experience includes management of a construction company as well as executive roles with BCS LLC, Ernst & Young LLP, Cap Gemini LLC, and Gorillas & Gazelles LLC.  He has degrees in Social Science and Education from the University of Toledo, Master’s Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the Naval Post-Graduate School.  Dan’s focus includes organizational development, process improvement, change management, human resources and safety.  In his spare time, Dan enjoys sports, and the fine arts.
