Beth Poll has worked in the granite industry for three years.   She is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers,  and spent  nine years  as a part-time designer for a prominent local design firm in Sylvania, Ohio.  Her past experience is a great asset  when customers  require help in selecting stones to co-ordinate with other design elements of their project.  Beth strives to make the granite-buying experience at Cutting Edge fun, and likes her customers to leave feeling comfortable with the decisions they’ve made here.

Chad is a project engineer.  He was previously employed at glass and stone fabrication facility where he was the engineering supervisor and safety manager.  He has an associates degree from owens community college in applied sciences that was obtained while working in the home remodeling and construction business.  He is happily married with a three year old boy Jacob and 10 month old Courtney.  He is an avid waterskiier and hockey player, enjoys motorcycling and spending time with family and friends.

Rob Loughridge - Senior Project Engineer
Rob is our Senior Project Manager. He got his start in the building trades after returning to school and graduating from the University of Toledo. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies and graduated with honors. After graduation, Rob followed his interest in architecture and the building trades and found a position with a local glass company. This position afforded him the opportunity to work in the sales, design and engineering of glass and granite products for both the residential and commercial markets. Over the past ten years, Rob has had the experience of working with builders, designers and homeowners to push the envelope in the design and engineering of both glass and granite projects. This has resulted in many one-of-a-kind projects that are stand-out features of homes and businesses in our area. In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, biking and working on his house.
